Rates & Policies

Customer's water bills are always due on the 15th day of the month.  We always mail bills on or before the last day of the month, this means you have 15 days to pay your bill before a late charge is added on the 16th.  If you have not received your bill by the end of the first week of the month call the office to request a duplicate statement.  Not receiving your bill is not an acceptable excuse for not paying it.  The bill is due on the same day of the month every month, and if you have been using water you have to pay a bill.

Late notices are mailed out on the 16th day of the month, or the first business day following the 15th.  Late notices are your warning that your service is subject to be disconnected on or soon after the date on the notice.  On the morning of the designated disconnection date you must paid your outstanding balance either in person, in the night-drop slot in our front window, or on-line here at our website to avoid having your service disconnected.  After 8:30 a.m. on the date of disconnection all unpaid delinquent accounts will be disconnected. At that time a $50.00 Disconnection Fee willl be added to the account balance.  

Once disconnected, your water service will not be restored until the past due balance and $50.00 reconnection fee have been paid.
